Lanzhou in Guangdong is the home of the hand stretched noodle, poached in a broth of chicken, spices and shredded vegetables
‘Dim Sum’ were originally served with tea in Chinese Tea houses.
Teochew – Peanut, garlic, chives, pork and shimanji mushroom
Char Sui Baau – Shredded Cantonese barbeque pork
Shaomai – Prawn and scallop with sweetcorn
Hǎixiān Zhēng lóng
King prawn, scallop, monkfish and lemon sole steamed in a bamboo steamer with boc choi, coriander, lemon grass, chilli and ginger
